What F6 E1 means.
F6 E1 appears on Kenmore 665 dishwashers, which Whirlpool builds, and reports a water inlet fault. The control expects the tub to fill and the level sensor shows no water arriving. The fault sits between the house supply and the tub, so a closed supply valve, a kinked inlet hose, or a failed water inlet valve all read the same. The dishwasher stops the cycle because it cannot wash without water.
