Costa Mesa has the widest housing-stock range of any city we cover. The Westside and College Park keep a lot of 1950s bungalows with original-footprint kitchens running older GE, Whirlpool, and Kenmore. Mesa Verde is mostly mid-century ranch with mid-tier brands that have been replaced once or twice: KitchenAid, Maytag, Bosch. Eastside skews newer, with Samsung, LG, and Bosch becoming standard in renovated kitchens. South Coast Metro is mostly newer multi-family with a mix of brand-name builder-grade and higher-end builds in the lofts and townhomes.

  • Our ice maker in our GE Profile refrigerator stopped working. We contacted several vendors through Yelp and Esquire was quick to respond and were able to come out the next day. Our ice maker was back up and running right away! They were able to buy the proper part and install it all in one day. They were courteous and reasonably priced. I couldn't be more pleased with how it went.
