The base pan safety float has detected water and the leak protection has tripped.
What E15 means.
E15 means the anti-flood float in the base of the cabinet has risen because water collected there. Thermador dishwashers use the same AquaStop style base-pan protection as Bosch, so the control stops the cycle and runs the drain pump to clear the water. The code is a leak alert that points to a hose, seal, or pump joint above the pan. It will keep showing until the base is dry and the float drops back.

Try this first: safe DIY troubleshooting.

Turn the dishwasher off and close the water supply valve under the sink.

Pull the unit forward slightly so the base pan can drain and air-dry.

Inspect the door area and the cabinet floor for water or dried detergent.

Confirm only dishwasher detergent has been used.

Restore power once dry; if E15 returns, the leak source needs to be traced.
