Power outage indicator. The freezer warmed above 18 degrees during the outage.
What PO means.
PO on a JennAir is the "Power Outage" indicator inherited from the Whirlpool platform. It is not a fault. It tells you the unit lost power long enough for the freezer to warm to 18 degrees or higher. JennAir flashes PO until you press the dispenser or temperature button to acknowledge. The most useful information PO gives you is to check your frozen food before assuming everything is fine.
Most common causes.

Recent power outage (utility blip or storm).

Plug unseated during cabinetry work or service.

GFCI outlet on the kitchen circuit tripped.

Breaker tripped and was reset.
Try this first: safe DIY troubleshooting.

Press and hold the temperature button (or "Measured Fill" on some JennAir French doors) for 3 seconds to acknowledge.

PO disappears and the display returns to normal.

Check the freezer with a thermometer. If anything has soft-thawed, toss it.

If PO returns repeatedly, the circuit is unstable. Call an electrician before assuming the fridge is at fault.
