The oven temperature sensor circuit reads shorted.
What F4 means.
F4 on a Kenmore range means the control sees the oven temperature sensor circuit as shorted, with resistance too low to match a real cavity temperature. A shorted sensor or a pinched, grounded wire both cause this. The board stops the heat because the temperature reading cannot be trusted.
