The washer has overfilled with water past the safe level.
What OE means.
On Samsung washers OE, shown as OC on newer models, is an overfill fault. The water level sensor reports water above the safe maximum, so the washer drains the tub and stops to avoid a leak. It usually means the water inlet valve is stuck open or the level sensor is misreading.
