The dishwasher is not draining the tub within the allowed time.
What OE means.
OE stands for an outlet, or drain, error. The dishwasher ran its drain step and water still sits in the tub. The drain pump pushes water out through the hose into a disposer or air gap, so any block on that route stops the flow. A clogged filter, a kinked drain hose, a plugged air gap, or a jammed pump impeller are the usual causes. Standing water in the tub is the common sign.
