The oven door lock or self-clean latch has a fault.
What E011 means.
E011 on a Bosch oven points at the door lock used for the self-clean cycle. The control commands the latch and does not get the position confirmation it expects. A worn latch motor, a binding lock, or a failed lock switch all cause this. The oven will not start a clean cycle, and sometimes not a bake cycle, until the lock reports correctly.
