The oven temperature sensor circuit has failed.
What E305 means.
E305 on a Thermador oven means the cavity temperature sensor circuit reads out of range. The control sees the sensor as open or shorted and cannot trust the temperature value. With no usable reading, the oven stops heating. A failed sensor or damaged sensor wiring are the common causes.
