A button is stuck or the control panel reads a held key.
What bE means.
bE, also seen as bE2 or 6E, is a button error. The control reads a key on the panel as stuck or pressed when it should be released. A sticky membrane button, moisture behind the panel, or a control board fault all produce it. The dryer will not accept a cycle while a button reads as held. A power cycle clears a brief glitch; a code that returns points to the panel.
