The dryer lost power during the last cycle.
What PF means.
PF stands for power failure. It means the dryer lost electrical power partway through a cycle rather than finishing it. The code is informational and does not point to a broken part. It appears after a brief outage, a tripped breaker, or a loose plug. Pressing start resumes or restarts the cycle. A PF that keeps returning suggests an intermittent supply problem worth checking.
