Leaking water on the floor.
Usually a frozen defrost drain or a cracked drip pan. We pull the unit, find the source in about 45 minutes, and quote the repair in writing before any work.
Common causes for this symptom.

Defrost drain line frozen.
The drain tube that carries defrost water to the evaporator pan has iced over. Water backs up and spills out the front. Most common cause by far.

Drip pan cracked.
The shallow pan under the unit that catches and evaporates condensate has a hairline crack. Water drips through to your floor instead of evaporating.

Water-line connection leak.
The 1/4-inch line feeding the ice maker or door dispenser is loose at the back of the fridge or under the sink shut-off. Small drip, big puddle over a week.

Inlet valve dripping.
The fill valve at the back has a slow internal leak, so water seeps even when no one is dispensing. The valve is a low-cost part with a quick swap.
