Range igniter clicks but won't light.
Often a clogged burner port from a food spill, a weak spark module under the cooktop, or a grounded ignition wire. Diagnosis in about 30 minutes.
Common causes for this symptom.

Burner port clogged with food spill.
Boiled-over sauce or grease has filled the small holes around the ignitor. Spark fires but no gas reaches the flame. Often a $0 fix once cleaned properly.

Spark module weak.
The ignition module under the cooktop has dropped voltage. All four burners click in unison but none light, or only one does. We bench-test the module and swap if needed.

Ignition wire grounded.
A spark wire is rubbing the chassis or has lost insulation. Spark jumps to metal instead of the burner. Common after a spill that ran under the cooktop and dried as a residue.

Gas valve or supply issue.
Less common but real. The manual valve at the wall is partially closed, the regulator is failing, or LP/natural-gas conversion was not finished. We confirm gas reaches the burner before chasing electrical.
