The drain pump is blocked or the pump cover is not seated.
What E25 means.
E25 reports that the drain pump is obstructed or its cover is loose. Bosch dishwashers seat the drain pump under a removable cover next to the filter, and the control sets E25 when the pump cannot move water as expected. A piece of glass, a fruit pit, or a label can lodge in the impeller and stall it. The cover itself can also sit out of place after the filter was cleaned, which lets the pump lose prime. Water left in the tub is the common symptom.

Turn the dishwasher off and remove the tub filter.

Lift off the drain pump cover and check the impeller for glass, pits, or debris.

Clear anything caught in the pump and reseat the cover so it locks down flat.

Run a rinse cycle and confirm the tub drains.

If E25 stays after the pump is clear, the pump motor likely needs replacement.
