Demo (showroom) mode is on, so cooling is disabled. Common across all Kenmore source manufacturers.
What dEMo / O FF means.
Demo mode (called "dEMo" on Whirlpool-built Kenmores, "O FF" on LG-built Kenmore Elites, sometimes just "DEMO" on GE-built units) disables the compressor so a showroom unit can run quietly without using energy. The lights, display, dispenser, and most controls still work, which is exactly why it is so confusing: everything works except the food is warm. This is the first thing to check when a Kenmore is running but not cooling with no other symptoms. It is almost always activated accidentally or left on after delivery.

For 110.xxx (Whirlpool-built): press and hold "Filter" and "Door Alarm" together for 3 seconds.

For 795.xxx (LG-built): press and hold "Refrigerator" and "Ice Plus" together for 5 seconds.

For 363.xxx (GE-built): hold "Energy Saver" and "Lighting" together for 3 seconds.

Watch for the demo indicator to disappear and listen for the compressor within 60 seconds.

If the buttons differ on your model, the model number on the inside-left wall lets you look up the exit sequence.
