Power-module software or firmware failure.
What E10 means.
E10 is a firmware fault on the power control module, the board that runs the compressor, fans, and heaters. The module either crashed during a power event or its EEPROM lost some data. Sometimes a hard reset (full power-down at the breaker for 10 minutes) clears it; sometimes the board has to be reprogrammed or replaced. Until E10 clears, the unit will refuse to cool because the controller does not trust its own configuration.
Most common causes.

Recent power surge or brownout corrupted the firmware.

EEPROM (memory chip) on the power board failed.

Loose ribbon cable between display module and power module.

Power board hardware failure.
Try this first: safe DIY troubleshooting.

Turn the unit off at the wall breaker for a full 10 minutes (not just the unit switch).

Restore power. Watch for E10 to clear within 5 minutes.

If E10 returns, the board needs servicing. Do not run the unit indefinitely with this code active.

Move perishables to a cooler until service is done.
