Display-module firmware error. The front panel has lost contact with the power module.
What E11 means.
E11 is a firmware error on the display module specifically. The display board sits behind the front control panel and talks to the power module over a ribbon cable. When E11 appears, the display has either crashed, lost contact with the power module, or the firmware has corrupted. The unit may still cool (the power module continues running on its last known settings) but you cannot change temperatures, run SuperCool, or read fault codes.

Try this first: safe DIY troubleshooting.

Power down at the breaker for 10 minutes. This clears most firmware-only E11 events.

Restore power and watch the display for normal startup.

If E11 returns, the display board needs servicing.

Be aware that the unit may continue to cool even with E11. Do not assume food is at risk if temps still feel cold.
